Our Memory Care Homes
Thoughtfully Designed Memory Care Homes
Our memory care homes will be standalone residential homes located within established communities. They will have 4 to 5 resident bedrooms with ensuites plus a separate carer room and bathroom.
Offering a superior level of dementia care and accommodation, residents will benefit from living in a familiar, homely environment with dementia enabling design principles allowing them to live as safely and independently as possible.
Secure outdoor areas and gardens will be included for residents to enjoy and the well-appointed kitchen, dining and living areas will offer spaces for residents to come together as they desire.
A designated space at the front of the home will act as a visiting area for guests or a breakout room for resident activities.

Designed specifically for people living with dementia, our floorplans and inclusions include dementia enabling environment principles as developed by Alzheimer’s WA and the National Aged Care Design Principles and Guidelines.
